The Northern Arizona University School of Forestry is a member of the Natural Resource Distance Learning Consortium. The Consortium provides upper-division undergraduate and graduate distance learning education to anyone interested in Natural Resources and managing their uses.
If you are interested in pursuing a certificate or graduate degree from NAU or from other members in the Natural Resource Distance Learning Consortium, the following courses are available. These courses are especially beneficial for federal, state and local agency employees engaged in managing public lands, and other natural resources and looking for opportunities to enhance their current training. (Note: The Federal government may allow work time for authorized education, including distance learning opportunities. Check with your supervisor for eligibility.)

To apply, please follow the Online Undergraduate Admission Procedure, the Graduate Admission Procedure, or the Personal Enrichment (non-degree) Admission Procedure.
If you are a non-Arizona resident with an out of state address and enrolled only in online courses, you may qualify for reduced tuition rates as a Worldwide University student. As a WWU student you will be charged 1.5 times in-state tuition and pay all fees, except the Recreation Bond Fee.
