There are many ways to support the School of Forestry and its mission of education, research and outreach. Some excellent examples include the five funds listed below.

Forestry General Fund: This discretionary fund has been used by the School of Forestry's Executive Director in many ways over the years to enhance the forestry program. Examples of recent uses of this fund include support for student participation in forestry conferences, support for faculty development, the purchase of equipment and supplies when other sources of funds are unavailable, and for student scholarships.

NAU Centennial Forest Fund: Donations to this fund have been used to develop new facilities on the Centennial Forest, such as the recently completed ramada. They have also been used to support other operational needs and for the summer environmental programs. Donors specifically interested in environmental education are also encouraged to consider the NAU Centennial Forest Environmental Education Programs Fund, which can be found by clicking on the link below.

Forestry Alumni Scholarship Fund: This scholarship has been given to a deserving upperclassman each year since its inception in 1969. The scholarship is funded by, and is in recognition of, our many loyal alumni.

Forestry Faculty Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded each year to a deserving forestry student. The recipient is selected by the faculty, based on their knowledge of the student's performance in the classroom as well as leadership and other traits indicative of exceptional potential to contribute to the forestry profession.

Charles O. Minor Endowment for Forestry Students: This scholarship was created in memory of the School of Forestry's founding dean, who is remembered fondly by many students who graduated in the 1960s and 1970s.
